Queen Anne is a worthy addition to the fleet
We sailed on Queen Anne for her maiden Mediterranean season and were thoroughly impressed. The new ship brings Cunard into the modern era while retaining everything that makes the brand special. The Britannia Restaurant is as grand as ever, and the new speciality dining options are excellent. Afternoon tea remains a highlight. Our only concern is the pricing — Cunard is no longer the affordable luxury it once was, but the experience justifies the premium for a special occasion.
Beautiful new ship, exceptional dining, Cunard traditions maintained, wonderful afternoon tea
Premium pricing, formal dress code not for everyone, entertainment could be more varied
Transatlantic crossing — a once in a lifetime experience
The Queen Mary 2 transatlantic crossing was everything we dreamed of and more. Seven days of pure relaxation, incredible dining in the Queens Grill, and the most attentive service we have ever experienced at sea. The formal nights were magical, and Cunard does tradition like nobody else. If you appreciate the finer things in life, this is the cruise for you.
Unmatched elegance, outstanding Queens Grill dining, incredible service, unique transatlantic experience
Can feel quite formal for some, limited activities for younger travellers, premium pricing
